Poland – Natural gas – Kompleksowa dostawa gazu ziemnego wysokometanowego typu E, obejmująca sprzedaż oraz świadczenie usługi dystrybucji do obiektów Portu Lotniczego Rzeszów-Jasionka im. Rodziny Ulmów Sp. z o.o.

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E, including sale and distribution service to the facilities of Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport named after the Ulma Family Ltd., divided into 2 parts. The estimated quantity of natural gas to be supplied during the delivery period is: for part 1 – total quantity 12 974 700,00 kWh, for part 2 - total quantity 540 400,00 kWh. The estimated quantity of natural gas does not constitute a commitment by the Contracting Authority to purchase natural gas in the specified quantity. The actual consumption will depend solely on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority. The Contractor is obliged in every case to apply the gas price offered in the tender. The Contracting Authority currently has the following fuel gas sales agreements: for part 1 – a reserve agreement for the comprehensive supply and distribution of natural gas with PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o. (currently myORLEN Sp. z o.o.), for part 2 – a comprehensive supply and distribution agreement with Fortum Energia S.A. (until 31.12.2026). The distribution of natural gas will be carried out through the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO), namely Polskiej Spółki Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o.
