Description

The contracting authority intends to award general planning services for the expansion of the Strohgäubahn between Korntal and Ditzingen-Heimerdingen. The contractor will initially provide, as a general planner with a controlling function over all trades, phases 1 and 2 of the services according to HOAI for the service images of transport facilities, civil engineering structures (object and structural planning), technical equipment and landscape conservation accompanying plan as well as the expert reports required for approval planning in the depth necessary for phase 2 of the service. The planning objective is an economical, approvable target state, which is to be completed with a preliminary planning document according to DB Ril 809 including a coordinated preferred variant as a basis for the subsequent cost-benefit analysis. The services will presumably be commissioned stepwise as follows: Initially, stage 1 (phases 1 and 2 according to HOAI - preliminary investigation and preliminary planning) will be definitively commissioned. The commissioning of stage 2 (phases 3 to 7 according to HOAI) and stage 3 (phases 8 to 9 according to HOAI) will be carried out by separate call-off by the contracting authority. The contractor has no legal claim to the commissioning of the further stages. The call-off of the follow-up stages will be subject in particular to the project continuation decisions of the responsible bodies and the safeguarding of the financing - in particular the approval of the grant funds. The services will be co-financed with funds from the Land.
