Germany – Architectural services for buildings – ZMT Objektplanung LPH 6-9

The contracting authority plans to construct a new building, which will include offices, laboratories (particularly for the fields of chemistry, biology and geology, as well as aquariums for fish and corals with a saltwater system), and a mangrove greenhouse. At a later date, an optional extension of the building is planned. This should be taken into account in the planning. The services for the performance phases 6 to 9 of the project planning for buildings and outdoor facilities are to be procured in accordance with § 34 ff HOAI.
