Germany – Research and development services and related consultancy services – C3S2_424 European reference framework for climate scenarios

ECMWF, as the Entrusted Entity for the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), invites Tenders for the development of a European reference framework for climate scenarios. ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 21 months, which shall be implemented via a single multi-annual Service Contract expected to commence in Q1 2027.
