Croatia – Construction work – Izgradnja tržnice i polivalentnog centra

The project is being implemented in four phases: (1) construction of a new building for the City Market along Đure Estera Street, with a green market, retail, catering, service and administrative facilities; (2) demolition of the old market and creation of a central public square with an intermodal terminal (BusKo, BicKo) and an eco-friendly parking lot with charging stations for electric vehicles; (3) construction of the Multipurpose Centre (Po+P+2) with the "Fran Galović" Library, a multipurpose hall and spaces for civil society and education; and (4) construction of an unclassified road with parking lots and associated municipal infrastructure. All solutions are based on the current spatial planning documentation and regulations on construction, fire protection, energy efficiency and accessibility, with the application of sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems.
