The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and furniture for vocational workshops as part of the project entitled “Nasze Krosno zielone, przedsiębiorcze i współzarządzane z mieszkańcami”. The scope of the present contract has been divided into nine parts:

Part I: Supply of electronic equipment and specialist equipment for vocational workshops

The subject of the contract is the supply of didactic equipment for vocational workshops: 1) architecture, construction and spatial management at Zespół Szkół Architektoniczno-Budowlanych in Krosno, 2) economics and trade at Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych Nr 1 in Krosno, 3) advertising and multimedia at Zespół Szkół Kształcenia Ustawicznego in Krosno. The subject of the contract includes the supply and delivery of the subject of the contract, and in the case of the UV printer for the advertising and multimedia workshop at Zespół Szkół Kształcenia Ustawicznego – also the assembly of the device and the conduct of training for users, in accordance with the requirements specified in the delivery specification.

Part II: Supply of vehicles for didactic purposes

The subject of the contract is the supply of vehicles for the electromobility workshop at Zespół Szkół Mechanicznych in Krosno. The subject of the contract includes the supply of vehicles.

Part III: Supply of equipment and furniture for electromobility workshops

The subject of the contract is the supply of vehicles for the electromobility workshop at Zespół Szkół Mechanicznych in Krosno. The subject of the contract includes the supply and delivery of the subject of the contract.

Part IV: Supply of a flaw detector

The subject of the contract is the supply of a flaw detector for the welding workshop at Zespół Szkół Naftowo-Gazowniczych in Krosno. The subject of the contract includes the supply and delivery of the subject of the contract.

Part V: Supply of equipment and furniture for tailoring workshops

The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and furniture for vocational workshops: 1) tailoring workshop at Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych Nr 1 in Krosno, 2) tailoring workshop at Specjalny Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy in Krosno. The subject of the contract includes the supply and delivery of the subject of the contract.

Part VI: Supply of equipment and furniture for hairdressing workshops

The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and furniture for the hairdressing workshop at Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych Nr 2 in Krosno. The subject of the contract includes the supply and delivery of the subject of the contract.

Part VII: Supply of equipment, devices and tools for gardening and construction works

The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and furniture for the workshops of architecture, construction and spatial management at Zespół Szkół Architektoniczno-Budowlanych in Krosno. The subject of the contract includes the supply and delivery of the subject of the contract.

Part VIII: Supply of catering equipment

The subject of the contract is the supply of didactic equipment for vocational workshops: 1) hotel and tourism at Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych Nr 1 in Krosno, 2) catering at Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych Nr 2 in Krosno, 3) catering at Specjalny Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy in Krosno. The subject of the contract includes the supply, delivery, assembly and first start-up of the equipment, in accordance with the requirements specified in the delivery specification.

Part IX: Supply of a program for the tourist information office

The subject of the contract is the supply of a program for the tourist information office – for the hotel and tourism workshop at Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych Nr 1 in Krosno. The subject of the contract includes one-time configuration of the program and the conduct of training for users, in accordance with the requirements specified in the delivery specification.

The detailed scope and requirements for the implementation of the contract are specified in the Subject of the Contract - Delivery Specification, which are attachments to the SWZ. The supplied equipment and devices must have technical parameters not lower than those indicated in the subject of the contract as required, must be factory new, year of manufacture 2024 or newer, compliant with applicable standards and have the required certificates, certificates, licenses, etc. Note: Deliveries will be made in active educational facilities, which should be taken into account in the calculation and pricing of the contract implementation. The selected contractor will be obliged to organize the work in such a way that school classes and other educational activities can take place without hindrance.
