The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 4 new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 2026, free from physical and legal defects, not used as a demonstration item, bariatric electric stretchers - 2 units - part 1 and electric stretchers - 2 units - part 2 according to the specification set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the following annexes: 3.1. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter, “DOSC”) for part 1 and part 2 i.e. Required Parameters Form (technical specification annex no. 3) constituting annexes to this specification (available in separate files) 3.2. Annex no. 4 entitled Draft Contract Clauses for the Public Contract along with annexes for part 1, part 2, c (available in separate files).
