A standard software for the design of elements of safety systems and control technology on a schematic rail network for planning railway infrastructure is sought. This should preferably be usable via a web browser and be parameterisable/configurable according to the needs of the SBB and be extendable with specific extensions. Specific functionalities for the SBB should be able to be integrated via clearly defined APIs. The procurement includes licenses, introduction, training, documentation, maintenance/support. Optional is the implementation of customer-specific rules, interface adaptations and the migration of existing data as well as the operation and hosting of the software by the supplier.
