**1. Subject of the Procurement**

The subject of the contract awarded with the present procurement is: „Insurance for the needs of the Customs Agency“. The purpose of the present procurement is to provide insurance services related to the conclusion of an insurance contract, by providing insurance cover for the property interests of the Customs Agency, as the Contracting Authority, by assuming the risk of the occurrence of insured events, in accordance with the conditions of the present documentation.

**2. Lot Breakdown**

The subject of the public procurement is divided into the following lots:

1) Lot No. 1 with subject: „Insurance of motor vehicles, including the equipment in the cars, the mounted sound and light signalling and the inscriptions with which they are branded and the persons/places in the motor vehicles“;

2) Lot No. 2 with subject: „Insurance of vehicle scales for measuring PPS at BCP“;

3) Lot No. 3 with subject: „Liability and Casco insurance of special motor vehicles, to which mobile X-ray systems are integrated and insurance of the persons/places in the motor vehicles, property of the Customs Agency“;

4) Lot No. 4 with subject: „Insurance of electronic equipment of X-ray systems - stationary and mobile, property of the Customs Agency“;

5) Lot No. 5 with subject: „Liability insurance for carrying and using service firearms“;

6) Lot No. 6 with subject: „Insurance of watercraft”.

Participants may submit tenders for all lots. This means that the Contracting Authority allows a participant to decide for themselves how many and which lots to submit a tender for. The Contracting Authority does not set a limit on the number of lots that will be awarded to a single contractor, i.e. the Contracting Authority will conclude as many contracts with a participant who has submitted a tender, as lots they are ranked first in.

**3. Estimated Value**

The estimated value of the procurement, determined in accordance with the provisions of Art. 21, para. 2 and 3 of the PPA as of the date of its opening and in compliance with the rules of Art. 21, para. 1 of the PPA and Art. 27 of the PPA is in the amount of 953 218,92 euro (nine hundred and fifty-three thousand two hundred and eighteen euro and ninety-two euro cent) including the mandatory insurance premium tax (IPT). The estimated values of the individual lots, for the term of the contracts, are distributed as follows: Lot No. 1 - 148 747,17 euro including IPT; Lot No. 2 – 113 138,94 euro including IPT; Lot No. 3 - 169 981,02 euro including IPT; Lot No. 4 - 488 722,32 euro including IPT; Lot No. 5 – 23 463 euro including IPT; Lot No. 6 – 9 166,47 euro. The value of the individual activities, included in the subject of the contract for the respective lot, is proposed by the participant in their Price Offer. In the present public procurement, the Contracting Authority makes use of the possibility provided by Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA, and will award Lot No. 5 and Lot No. 6, in the order, valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, since the estimated value of each individual lot, namely: Lot No. 5 and Lot No. 6, does not exceed 79 998,77 euro and their total estimated value, which amounts to 32 629,47 euro, does not exceed 20 per cent (190 643,78 euro) of the total estimated value of the procurement, which amounts to 953 218,92 euro. In view of the above, through the present open procedure, Lot No. 1, Lot No. 2, Lot No. 3 and Lot No. 4 will be awarded, the total estimated value of which is in the amount of 920 589,45 euro (nine hundred and twenty thousand five hundred and eighty-nine euro and forty-five euro cent). After applying the provision of Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA and awarding Lots No. 5 and No. 6, the remaining value of the open procedure with subject: „Insurance for the needs of the Customs Agency“ amounts to 920 589,45 euro including the mandatory insurance premium tax.
