The City of Landshut intends to procure a new specialist system for vehicle registration and driver's licensing. The new specialist system must include all the functions required for the proper performance of a driver's licensing and registration authority, and in particular, it must ensure the transfer of data from the existing software, but also be designed as a future-proof online procedure.
