Security services for the Mikkeli Cathedral Parish for a three-year contract period in accordance with this invitation to tender as a whole. The Mikkeli Cathedral Parish operates in the areas of Mikkeli, Anttola, Haukivuori, Ristiina, Suomenniemi and Puumala. The properties include churches, parish halls, meeting spaces, chapels, camp centers, and cemetery buildings. A list of alarm monitoring points is provided in Annex 1. The parish's needs for security services are diverse. The largest entity is the guarding of premises and property at times when the parish's operations are minimal or non-existent. The main purpose of the security services is to ensure the continuity and uninterrupted operation of the parish and to take care of the safety of staff and properties. Important matters for the contracting authority are high-quality requirements and as real-time a situation picture as possible of incidents and risk factors in the premises that threaten security.
