Poland – Construction work – Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót na linii kolejowej nr 101 w ramach projektu "Poprawa jakości i bezpieczeństwa transgranicznych połączeń kolejowych poprzez prace na linii nr 101 w Werchracie oraz na dworcu kolejowym we Lwowie"

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of works on railway line no. 101 as part of the project "Improvement of the quality and safety of cross-border railway connections through works on line no. 101 in Werchracie and at the railway station in Lviv." The entire subject of the Contract includes the execution of the following elements: 1) Project documentation for railway line no. 101 from km 65.700 to km 69.200, including: a) construction project, b) obtaining a building permit/notification of works and other necessary administrative decisions, c) development of the executive project, d) development of post-construction documentation, including post-construction geodetic documentation, 2) and works in the following areas: a) track and substructure, b) railway traffic control equipment (RTC), c) telecommunications equipment and systems, d) non-traction power, e) engineering structures, f) level crossings, g) geodesy, h) geotechnics, i) geology, j) environment, k) other works, as needed, e.g. removal of trees and shrubs, demolition, walkways, fencing, barriers. 3) works consisting in the construction of facilities serving environmental protection. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is presented in the Functional User Program (FUP) constituting Volume III of the SWZ.
