The subject of the procurement is a financial management system, including related services. The subject of the procurement can be logically divided into three separate entities, which are:

1. Financial management system and support for its use, including the possibility to extend the system to its original purpose.

2. Supplementary expert services, covering separately ordered expert services, such as further development and training.

3. Delivery and implementation project for the financial management system, covering the tasks required for the delivery and implementation of the system subject to procurement, including the conversion and migration of existing data.

The parts of the subject of the procurement listed above are described in more detail in the appendices to the invitation to participate. The use rights for the system subject to procurement, as well as the related services, are procured for the needs of the contracting entity only, and the subject of the procurement does not include the possibility of offering them for use to the municipalities belonging to the municipal consortium.
