Poland – Engineering design services – „Pełnienie funkcji Inżyniera Kontraktu w ramach zadania inwestycyjnego pn.: „Przebudowa ulicy Leonida Teligi”

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the performance of the role of Contract Engineer within the investment task entitled: “Reconstruction of Leonida Teligi Street”. The main objective of the contract (hereinafter: “Contract”) concluded between the Contracting Authority and the Contract Engineer (hereinafter: “Contract Engineer”) will be the effective, professional and conscientious provision of services in the field of managing the investment process, performing the role of an inspection supervisor and providing advisory services in the implementation of tasks covered by the subject of the Contract – described in Annex No. 6.4. The combination of competencies specified in the description of the subject of the contract for the service of the Project aims to ensure the comprehensiveness of the Project's service, to establish clear rules of responsibility for its correct implementation, and to ensure smooth information flow. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are specified by: Description of the Subject of the Contract – Annex No. 6.1, List of Billable Items – Annex No. 6.2, Design Documentation – Annex No. 6.3 and Description of the Task Covered by the Performance of Activities Specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract – Annex No. 6.4.
