The subject of the contract is the Supply of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) catheters and fractional flow reserve (FFR) wires compatible with the intravascular ultrasound system INSTRASIGHT 7 (owned by the Contracting Authority) for the needs of the Interventional Radiology, Hemodynamics and Electrocardiology Team of the Świętokrzyskie Cardiology Centre of the Kielce Voivodeship Hospital. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the quantities of the ordered assortment are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment-price form, information on the rules for the implementation of the delivery, warranty and remuneration is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the contract for the public contract on deposit basis.
