Poland – Medical equipments – Uzupełnienie zasobów i infrastruktury niezbędnej do realizacji zadań OLiOC w SPZZOZ w Przasnyszu

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of equipment for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Complex in Przasnysz. The task aims to modernise the equipment, transport and technical infrastructure of the facility, thereby enhancing the resilience, autonomy and operational readiness of the SPZZOZ in Przasnysz to carry out medical activities in crisis situations. 2.The subject of the contract in this procedure has been divided into five parts / packages (in the documentation of this procedure, the Purchaser uses the terms: part, package interchangeably): 1) Part I / Package I: Medical equipment 2) Part II / Package II: Mobile RTG unit with C-arm 3) Part III / Package III: Ambulance 4) Part IV / Package IV: Water transport tank 5) Part V / Package V: Mobile power generator. 3.Przasnyski County submitted an application for a targeted grant for the implementation of the task: Supplementing the resources and infrastructure necessary to carry out the tasks of the OLiOC in the SPZZOZ in Przasnysz. The Purchaser – on the basis of the provision of art. 257 of the Pzp Act - envisages the possibility of invalidating this procedure in the event that the public funds, which the Purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract (funds specified in the preceding sentence), are not granted to it.
