Description

The Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (FMI) wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of no-radio IP telephones and VTC equipment. The procurement of radio IP telephones and VTC equipment primarily aims to establish, expand and maintain secure and stable communication and videoconferencing functions within FMI's organisation, including for meetings, supplier dialogue and internal collaboration, without the use of radio functionality. The framework agreement will be awarded to 3 suppliers based on the economically most advantageous tender. FMI will therefore enter into three parallel framework agreements containing identical terms and obligations. The award of a specific purchase order will be made in accordance with the procedures described in the framework agreement's section "Ordering procedure and delivery conditions". For purchase orders with a value of less than DKK 200,000, the award will be made according to a cascade model to the supplier who has submitted the economically most advantageous tender in the framework agreement. For purchase orders with a value of DKK 200,000 or more, the award will be made through a mini-tender among the included suppliers. The framework agreement has a duration of 4 years. The offered equipment must be compatible with the Buyer's existing IT environment, see further Annex 1, Specification of Requirements, Section 4. It is also a requirement that delivery is made no later than 4 weeks after the buyer's placement of a purchase order. In the case of a mini-tender, delivery will be made in accordance with the supplier's tender, but in such a way that the delivery time does not exceed 4 weeks from the buyer's placement of a purchase order. The framework agreement is entered into by FMI, but all units under the Ministry of Defence, including all divisions of the Danish Defence commanded by the Chief of Defence, are entitled to use the framework agreement for procurement under the terms of the framework agreement.
