Denmark – Diesel fuel – Levering af marinegasolie

Purchase and delivery of marine gas oil to Ærø, Faaborg-Midtfyn, Frederikssund, Kalundborg and Slagelse municipalities. The procurement concerns the delivery of a minimum annual expected 5,020 m3 of marine gas oil and up to a maximum of 6,020 m3 of marine gas oil to Ærø, Slagelse, Faaborg-Midtfyn, Frederikssund and Kalundborg municipalities, according to the sailing plans valid for the municipalities at any given time, as well as the delivery specifications in the specification of requirements. The procurement is a framework agreement in accordance with the rules in the Public Procurement Act. The framework agreement does not, as a starting point, oblige the contracting authority to purchase a certain quantity of the products covered by the agreement. The expected turnover on the framework agreement is calculated based on previous activities/ consumption and expected changes in activities/ consumption with the prerequisites known at the time of procurement. The expected turnover is therefore not binding for the contracting authority. The same applies to the quantities indicated in the tender list. The contracting authority can inform that the purchases are made based on infrastructural, municipal political decisions on sailing to smaller Danish islands. Therefore, changes in the procured quantities may occur in total, if changes in routes, closure of routes and/or changes in ferry types are decided politically, as well as if breakdowns or decided special sailings have an impact on the delivered quantities. The framework agreement has a term of 2 years. The framework agreement can be extended twice for 12 months. The estimated quantity for the entire duration of the framework agreement, including extensions, is 20,080 m3 of marine gas oil, and the maximum quantity is 24,080 m3 of marine gas oil.
