Finland – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – Elintarvikkeet ja non-food tuotteet 2022–2026 (DPS)

The dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter DPS) covers foodstuffs used at the premises of the City of Helsinki and Helsingin konsernihankinta Oy, as well as a small amount of non-food items supporting the operation of professional kitchens, such as covering materials and cooking utensils needed for kitchens. In addition, the dynamic purchasing system covers services related to the ordering and use of these products, such as logistics services. The scope of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes. The DPS is a procurement channel to supplement, or be an alternative to, food procurements made through existing framework agreements for foodstuffs. All interested candidates may request the right to participate in the dynamic purchasing system for the entire duration of the dynamic purchasing system. The number of candidates admitted to the DPS is not limited. The units of the City of Helsinki will carry out procurements among the suppliers admitted to the dynamic purchasing system through internal competitions within the DPS.
