Romania – Police uniforms – Articole de echipament din compunerea uniformei de serviciu: Lot 1 - Fes, Lot 2 - Ciorapi, Lot 3 - Ecuson Nominal

The contracting authority intends to conclude one framework agreement for the purchase of caps, socks, and name tags for the uniform of the Border Police personnel, for a period of 48 months, as follows: Lot 1: Caps: minimum 250 and maximum 9,000 units, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the terms of reference; Lot 2: Socks: minimum 250 and maximum 75,000 units, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the terms of reference; Lot 3: Name tags: minimum 250 and maximum 26,000 units, in accordance with the technical specifications attached to the terms of reference; The framework agreements will be concluded with a single economic operator, without reopening the competition. The estimated quantity that will be the subject of the subsequent contract: Lot 1: Caps: minimum 250 and maximum 3,000 units; Lot 2: Socks: minimum 250 and maximum 18,000 units; Lot 3: Name tags: minimum 250 and maximum 6,000 units; The delivery term for the products for all lots is 4 months from the date of signing the subsequent contract by the last party, with the exception of subsequent contracts concluded for a maximum quantity of 500 units of each item, which will have a delivery term of 2 months. Clarification requests related to the award documentation will be sent only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated section "Questions" from the details of the ongoing award procedure. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests/supplementary information in the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests have been submitted in the term mentioned in SECTION I, respectively 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. For the respect of the principle of equal treatment, the interested economic operators will respect the provisions of the ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the manner of transmitting the clarification requests and the supplementary information to the award documents / the responses formulated in the event of the conduct of public procurement contract award procedures through electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THE IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THESE, since they will become public at the moment of transmitting the response by the contracting authority!
