The ICO needs to have an integral technological platform, provided under the Software as a Service (SaaS) modality, that allows for the continuous tracking and efficient management of the credit risk of its operations throughout their entire lifecycle. The solution must centralize and automate tracking processes, incorporating advanced functionalities for the management of covenants, the administration and valuation of collateral (Collateral Management) and the automatic reclassification of financial statements (Auto-Spreading), with the aim of improving the quality of information, operational efficiency and supervisory capacity. Furthermore, the platform must provide a consolidated and updated view of credit risk, facilitating the generation of early warnings, the detection of credit deterioration and the continuous analysis of customer solvency through advanced document processing and machine learning technologies. The contract is necessary to ensure adequate risk management and to guarantee compliance with the regulatory, prudential, accounting and supervisory requirements applicable to the ICO throughout the entire duration of the contract.
