Solutions for automated diagnostics must include key functionalities and ensure the following business outcomes:

1. Ensure automated procedures for retrieving data on the type and content of informational elements of all monitored infrastructure components of the business IT system using standard and advanced integration methods, with the aim of reading the current status, including at least: - detailed parameters of the physical infrastructure (e.g. manufacturer, hardware version, etc.), - detailed parameters of the logical infrastructure (e.g. software version, number of the last applied patch, IP addresses, etc.)

2. Reconciliation of data retrieved by automated procedures the solution must enable by refreshing documented records with the most recent data, while simultaneously retaining unchanged data, regardless of whether they belong to physical or logical entities, with the aim of fully tracking the lifecycle of physical and logical elements of the entire IT system

3. Ensure continuous collection of configurations of all available elements of the IT system, tracking their program codes, versions, and differences between versions, with recording of information on configuration changes and commands executed on system elements (hardware and virtual), with the possibility of retrieving infrastructure data and reconciliation when recording new configurations

4. Enable dynamic management of system documentation, documentation of changes, and enabling automated documentation of IP addresses as part of the process of retrieving parameters of the logical infrastructure of the system

The subject solution should be considered within the scope of expanding the coverage of the existing system for umbrella monitoring and management of ICT infrastructure, in order to consolidate the number of individual management systems and utilize the possibilities of combining the functionalities of the subject solution and the existing system.

The subject solution must be implemented and highly integrated within the existing IT environment, in order to ensure the highest level of information security, preventing any influence of external elements on the operation of the system.
