Poland – Natural gas – WYKONANIE KOMPLEKSOWEJ DOSTAWY GAZU ZIEMNEGO WYSOKOMETANOWEGO TYPU E NA POTRZEBY MIASTA TOMASZÓW LUBELSKI

The subject of this order is the COMPLEX SUPPLY OF HIGH-METHANE NATURAL GAS TYPE E FOR THE NEEDS OF TOMASZÓW LUBELSKI for the objects indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supply of gas will take place on the basis of a contract containing the provisions for the objects indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supply of gas will take place on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of services for the transmission or distribution of gas (complex contract) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. 2. The City of Tomaszów Lubelski and the units listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ will enter into separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure in the form of an unrestricted tender for the COMPLEX SUPPLY OF HIGH-METHANE NATURAL GAS TYPE E FOR THE NEEDS OF TOMASZÓW LUBELSKI for the objects indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supply of gas will take place on the basis of a contract containing the provisions. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the City and its organizational units is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority acts on its own behalf and on the basis of a signed Agreement (Agreement for inspection at the Contracting Authority's headquarters), on behalf of: • Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Tomaszowie Lubelskim • Miejski Zarząd Dróg w Tomaszowie Lubelskim • Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji Tomasovia • Przedszkola nr 1 w Tomaszowie Lubelskim • Przedszkola nr 2 w Tomaszowie Lubelskim • Przedszkola nr 5 w Tomaszowie Lubelskim • Szkoły Podstawowej nr 1 w Tomaszowie Lubelskim • Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2 w Tomaszowie Lubelskim • Szkoły Podstawowej nr 3 w Tomaszowie Lubelskim • Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna w Tomaszowie Lubelskim • Tomaszowski Dom Kultury 4. Order – complex supply of natural gas to the objects listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ: 1) The estimated demand for natural gas for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is 10,313,378.00 kWh.
