The subject of the order is the delivery of hardware platforms for the implementation of basic-level specialist training - 22 units. The items listed in the OPZ table (Annex 4 to the SWZ) constitute 1 set (1 unit of a hardware platform for the implementation of basic-level specialist training). The entire subject of the order covers 22 sets (22 units of hardware platforms for the implementation of basic-level specialist training). 2. The ordering party requires that the delivered equipment, which is the subject of the order, be factory-new, unused, in an undamaged, technically functional, complete, and ready-to-use condition, and that it meets the standards required by Polish law and is free from legal defects. 3. The method of transport and packaging of the equipment must ensure protection against damage. The contractor is liable for damages caused by improper packaging and/or transport. 4. The delivery of each 1 unit of a hardware platform for the implementation of basic-level specialist training (set listed in the table), as described in Annex 4 to the SWZ, must be made to the organisational units of the State Treasury indicated in the order documents. 5. The detailed scope of services, the method of order implementation, and the obligations of the contractor are specified in the following documents: - Annex 4 to the SWZ, i.e. the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ in short) and - Annex 3 to the SWZ, i.e. the Draft Contract Terms and Conditions, including annexes. 6. The purchase is being carried out as part of the project entitled: "Increasing the effectiveness of conducting long-term rescue actions – stage II". 7. The contractor undertakes to execute the subject of the order in accordance with the scope and requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which is Annex 4 to this SWZ, with the applicable regulations and standards, the current level of technical knowledge, and the draft contract terms and conditions, as well as with due diligence. 8. Procedural information: The ordering party does not allow the submission of alternative offers. The ordering party does not intend to call a meeting of contractors. The ordering party does not require a site visit or verification by the contractor of the documents necessary for the implementation of the order, which are available at the ordering party's location. The ordering party does not envisage selecting the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. The ordering party does not intend to conclude a framework agreement. The ordering party does not provide for the return of costs in the procedure. The ordering party does not stipulate the obligation of personal performance by the contractor of key tasks in accordance with Article 60 and Article 121 of the Pzp Act. The ordering party does not require or allow the possibility of submitting an offer in the form of electronic catalogues or attaching electronic catalogues to an offer. The ordering party does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act. The ordering party does not stipulate the possibility of applying for the award of a contract exclusively by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act. The ordering party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. The ordering party does not require employment as referred to in Article 95(1-2) of the Pzp Act.
