Poland – Telecommunications services – Utrzymanie obsługi połączeń telefonicznych z/do sieci PSTN, w tym połączeń na numer alarmowy 999 w technologii SS7 realizowanych w Systemie Wspomagania Dowodzenia Państwowego Ratownictwa Medycznego

The subject of the contract is the provision of telecommunications services between the PSTN network and PZŁ SWD PRM using SS7 technology. As part of the contract implementation, the Contractor's task will be to maintain the provision of the following telecommunications services: 1) routing of voice calls to the emergency number 999, made by mobile and landline subscribers, to the relevant OR in accordance with the NKA Tables; 2) updating the NKA Tables; 3) ensuring the implementation of incoming (to numbers other than the emergency number 999) and outgoing calls made within the framework of PZŁ SWD PRM; 4) ensuring the rerouting of traffic, in the event of OR unavailability or inability to provide a connection, to the substitute OR; 5) maintaining the currently used pool of 100 numbers identifying the voivodeship for 17 Locations; 6) building links to the next Location along with ensuring a pool of 100 numbers identifying the voivodeship for the new Location. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract). The terms of the contract implementation are contained in the Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
