The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the implementation of general postal services and courier services for senders. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders, divided into 2 parts. The contracting authority does not envisage the award of contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law. A detailed description and the method of contract implementation are contained in: Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting annex no. 1a and 1b to the SWZ and the contract template annex no. 3a and 3b to the SWZ. The contracting authority declares that, as the administrator of data and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter RODO), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and providing assurance of the proper security of personal data transmitted as part of the procedure.
