Poland – Hunting services – Usługi w zakresie realizacji działań związanych z odłowem dzików na potrzeby Powiatowego Inspektoratu Weterynarii w Piotrkowie Trybunalskim

1. The subject of the procurement are services related to the implementation of actions associated with the capture of wild boar for the needs of the Powiatowy Inspektorat Weterynarii in Piotrków Trybunalski. 2. The detailed scope and requirements are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, constituting the Subject of the Procurement Description. 3. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the procurement is specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, constituting the Draft Contract Terms. 4. The subject of the procurement will be implemented at locations indicated by the Powiatowy Inspektorat Weterynarii in Piotrków Trybunalski within the Piotrków County. 5. SUBJECT MATTER PROOF DOCUMENTS: 1) The contracting authority requires the Contractor to submit with the tender: a) a description of the offered traps along with information about their technical parameters, b) photographic documentation of the offered traps, c) a declaration confirming the provision of 24/7 monitoring of the traps and a response time of no more than 6 hours from the time of reporting or detection of capture, d) a declaration of the provision of services in accordance with biosafety rules and applicable legal provisions. 2) The contracting authority may request clarifications regarding the content of the subject matter proof documents. 6. All other requirements relating to the subject matter proof documents and equivalence, not covered in the subject matter notice, are included in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
