France – Building-inspection services – Repérages amiante, diagnostics immobiliers et mesures d'empoussièrement pour les collèges et bâtiments du Département de l'Isère

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are settled by unit prices. The present framework agreement concerns the performance of services of:

1. Asbestos surveying:

- Surveying missions of materials from lists A and B of materials or products containing asbestos;

- Periodic evaluation missions of the state of conservation of materials or products containing asbestos from lists A and B;

- Pre-work surveying missions;

- Pre-demolition surveying missions;

- Carrying out visual examinations of treated surfaces;

- Assistance to the client for work operations;

- Meetings for the presentation of reports.

2. Performance of lead diagnostics:

- Lead exposure risk assessment (CREP);

- Lead diagnostics before work.

3. Search for wood-destroying insects.

4. Asbestos measurements in the air or surface presence.

5. Property diagnostics:

- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC);

- Gas installations;

- Electrical installations;

- Carrez and Boutin area measurements;

- Major risk diagnostics (IAL).

It will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders as needed. Duration: Lots 1 and 2: 12 months renewable 3 times for a period of 12 months each. Lot 3: 12 months renewable 2 times for a period of 12 months each.
