Poland – Construction work – Budowa układu drogowego łączącego ul. Antoniego Tabaki z ul. Tysiąclecia w Swarzędzu wraz z budową bezkolizyjnego przejazdu pod torami (wiaduktu kolejowego) na wysokości ul. Tabaki w Swarzędzu w km 292,400 linii kolejowej nr 3 Warszawa Zachodnia-Kunowice

The subject of this contract is the construction works consisting of the implementation of the investment task entitled: Construction of the road system connecting ul. Antoniego Tabaki with ul. Tysiąclecia in Swarzędz, including the construction of a level crossing under the tracks (railway viaduct) at the height of ul. Tabaki in Swarzędz at km 292,400 of railway line no. 3 Warszawa Zachodnia-Kunowice. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex no. 9 to SWZ and in Annex no. 14 – technical documentation. Other conditions related to the implementation of the contract are specified in the draft contract clauses – Annex no. 10.

2. The contracting authority intends to award contracts in accordance with art. 214 (1) (7) of the Public Procurement Act (up to 25,000,000.00 PLN) in the event of circumstances referred to in art. 214 (1) (7) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the aforementioned contracts will be similar construction works or services, in line with the subject of the main contract. The contracting authority intends to award this type of contracts, in particular, if there is a need and/or necessity to carry out scopes of work not currently included in the scope of the main contract, and whose implementation will be possible through the repetition of similar construction works or services, as provided for in the scope of the main contract – in particular in the case of the need/necessity to rebuild/renovate streets/roads/transport routes adjacent to the investment – the planned implementation of works in the scope: 1) Group I – road works together with road greenery – works in the field of construction/ reconstruction/renovation of streets and roads and the performance of a range of works related to the care and implementation of road greenery (in line with the subject of the works for this contract); 2) Group II – sectoral works – construction/expansion/reconstruction of networks, connections, installations: • sanitary, heating, gas – works in the field of construction, reconstruction, expansion of networks and installations, removal of collisions with installations/networks (in line with the subject of the works for this contract); • electrical – in the field of construction and reconstruction of street lighting, construction and reconstruction of cable power lines, traffic lights (in line with the subject of the works for this contract); • telecommunications – in the field of construction or reconstruction of telecommunications infrastructure (in line with the subject of the works for this contract); 3) Group III – construction works works in the field of construction, reconstruction or expansion of an engineering facility (in line with the subject of the works for this contract). The contract is co-financed from the Programme European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 (Action 03.02 "Development of Sustainable Urban Mobility within ZIT"; Project entitled "Sustainable Urban Mobility in the Poznań Metropolitan Area – Stage II").
