The city of Duisburg (hereinafter: the City) intends, as part of the model project "Duisburg - Strong in the North - Alt-Hamborn and Marxloh", to build a new youth centre (JZ) TP3 at Marienstraße 16a, Duisburg-Marxloh. The existing youth centre is currently located at Marienstraße 16a in Duisburg-Marxloh, district of Hamborn. Opposite lie the primary school at Sandstraße and St. Peter's Church, both of which are protected monuments. The subject of the contract is the specialist planning services for the technical equipment according to HOAI for the new construction of an integrative youth and cultural centre at Marienstraße 16a in Duisburg-Marxloh.
