Germany – Engineering services – Ausschreibung von Planungsleistungen für eine provisorische Kapazitätsanpassung der Kläranlage Körkwitz

The Körkwitz wastewater treatment plant is to be temporarily adapted in its capacity to the current utilisation to ensure, within the scope of the possibilities of using the existing structures, a safer plant operation today and at the same time to create capacities for future, partly tourist-related, new connections. The completion date for the planning services up to and including phase 8 and for the construction measures is set for 31.03.2028. The planning includes structural, mechanical and electrical engineering measures: § 43 HOAI: Civil engineering works (IBW) § 55 HOAI: Technical equipment (VMA) § 55 HOAI: Technical equipment (EMSR) (LPH1 1-9) The contract will be awarded in stages, probably as follows: 1. LPH 1-4 2. LPH 5-8 3. LPH 9 The details will be discussed with the bidders as part of the negotiations. The contracting authority reserves the right to award further services by way of a separate tender in accordance with national procurement law (20% contingency, see § 3 Abs. 9 VgV). It is noted that the office dealing with the previous planning may participate in this tender. There is no knowledge advantage, as the results of the planning will be the basis for this tender.
