Special award procedure: Framework agreement with a single economic operator for a period of 2 years (24 months), in accordance with the provisions of Section 2 Specific instruments and techniques for the award of public procurement contracts, Paragraph 1 Framework agreement of Law 98/2016. Subsequent contracts will be awarded according to the needs of the contracting authority. Electronic auction. The contracting authority will use the additional stage of electronic auction for the purpose of reoffering the price, this will take place in a single stage. The bidding step will not be used. Number of rounds of the electronic auction: 1. The electronic auction will start two working days from the transmission of the invitation to the final stage of the electronic auction. Duration of a round: 1 (one) day. The contracting authority will award the public procurement contract in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 3 Electronic auction of Law 98/2016.
