Romania – Miscellaneous equipment – Furnizare dotări în cadrul proiectului„Amenajare creșă str. Apaductului, nr. 54-56, Municipiul Târgu Mureș”

Supply of equipment within the project „Arrangement of kindergarten at str. Apaductului, no. 54-56, Municipality of Târgu Mureș” in accordance with the Book of Tasks, grouped into 3 lots:

LOT 1 – Purchase of laptop and multifunctional printer – estimated value of 98.699,94 without VAT

LOT 2 – Purchase of furniture for kindergarten arrangement – estimated value of 950.069,29 lei without VAT

LOT 3 – Purchase of household appliances for kindergarten arrangement, estimated value of 448.388,10 lei without VAT

Duration of the supply contract: 6 months. The maximum delivery term for the products is a maximum of 60 days (for each lot separately), from the date of the firm order from the contracting authority. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders set in the invitation to participate. NOTE! This documentation is as a result of the resumption of the lots remaining unallocated from the public procurement published and through the simplified participation notice no. SCN1134907/20.11.2023, with the technical documentation, respectively the revised Book of Tasks and technical sheets.
