Supply of equipment for the Cluj-Napoca Clinical Recovery Hospital within the project „Investments in the infrastructure of the Cluj-Napoca Clinical Recovery Hospital” – 13 lots, according to the requirements of the terms of reference. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, only through the SEAP, within a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information are addressed within the deadline set by this data sheet, i.e. 18 days, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in order to comply with the provisions of art. 160-161 of Law No. 98/2016.
