Poland – Electricity – Dostawa energii elektrycznej dla obiektów Przedsiębiorstwa Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. w Inowrocławiu w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r.

1. The subject of this order is the supply of electrical energy to the objects listed in Annex No. 7 to SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the order. The demand for electrical energy in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is approximately 8,719,940 kWh (planned order). 2. The detailed scope of the order has been defined in Annex No. 7 to SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the order, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law. Other conditions related to the implementation of the order have been specified in the draft provisions of the contract – Annex No. 8 to SWZ. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Section V of the SWZ.
