Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Sanierung und Umbau Ärztezentrum Creglingen (Gebäudeplanung und dazugehörige Fachplanungen)

The municipality of Creglingen intends to renovate and convert a former hospital into a medical centre while it is in operation. The medical centre is to be fully operational by no later than 2032. The renovation and conversion of the former hospital into a medical centre require a Europe-wide tender for the building planning services (LPH 1-9) and the associated specialist planning services (structural engineering LPH 3-6, building services electrical engineering LPH 1-9, building services heating, ventilation, sanitation LPH 1-9, building services medical engineering LPH 3-9) with implementation of a selection procedure in accordance with the Verordnung über die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge (VgV). A negotiated procedure without a preliminary design competition is planned in accordance with Section 17(1) VgV with a preceding qualification competition.
