Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Zakup energii cieplnej

The subject of this contract is the comprehensive supply of heat (delivery and transmission/distribution of thermal energy) to the building complex of the Prokuratura Krajowa located in Warsaw (02-676), ul. Postępu 3, via the district heating network in the quantity resulting from the thermal power ordered and the planned consumption of thermal energy for a period of 36 months starting from 1 December 2026 (i.e. after the expiry of the current contract in this regard) or until the earlier exhaustion of the ordered quantity of thermal energy, whichever occurs first.
