Poland – Prepared meals – Dostawy artykułów spożywczych na potrzeby BHP RZGW Białystok

The subject of the contract is: Supplies of foodstuffs for the needs of BHP RZGW Białystok. (The contract is divided into 5 parts). 2. The subject of the contract has been defined in the contract description constituting attachments no. 4.1-4.5 to SWZ: (4.1 – part 1 of the contract, 4.2 – part 2 of the contract, 4.3 – part 3 of the contract, 4.4 – part 4 of the contract, 4.5 – part 5 of the contract) and in the assortment-price forms constituting attachments no. 2.1 – 2.5 to SWZ (2.1 – part 1 of the contract, 2.2 – part 2 of the contract, 2.3 – part 3 of the contract, 2.4 – part 4 of the contract, 2.5 – part 5 of the contract). 3. The quantities of individual products given in the planned cost of the supply of food products are only estimated quantities. The final quantity of products will result from the actual needs of the Buyer during the contract period. 4. Delivery for each part will be made once based on the Buyer's notification to the following organisational units of the Buyer: - Augustów Waterworks Management, ul. 29 listopada 5, 16-300 Augustów - Białystok Waterworks Management, ul. Al. Ignacego Jana Paderewskiego 6C, 15-349 Białystok - Giżycko Waterworks Management, ul. Wodna 4, 11-500 Giżycko - Olsztyn Waterworks Management, ul. Partyzantów 1/2, 10-526 Olsztyn - Ostrołęka Waterworks Management, ul. Poznańska 19, 07-409 Ostrołęka 5. In the framework of the contract, the Contractor will also be obliged to unload the goods and bring them into the building of the Buyer at the place indicated by the Buyer. 6. The Contractor undertakes to supply prophylactic meals originally packaged, factory-sealed, without signs and traces of damage. Each package must have a manufacturer's label in Polish containing data including at least: the name of the manufacturer, the name of the product, its composition and nutritional values. 7. The shelf life of the products ordered at the time of delivery should be: for regenerative meals min. 6 months, for tea min. 12 months.
