Switzerland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Generalplaner SIA 32 - 53 für Kompensationsanlage im UW Romanel

The 380-/220-kV substation Romanel (VD) is located in the municipality of Romanel-sur-Lausanne in the canton of Vaud. In 2025, a preliminary project (SIA Phase 31) for this project was developed with various variants. The variant decision was made in 2026. The construction project phases up to and including project completion (comparison SIA Phase 32 to SIA Phase 53) are now being tendered with this invitation to tender. In a first step, the services from Phase SIA32 – SIA41 will be ordered. The phases SIA51 – SIA 53 will be tendered as an option and possibly ordered in a second step. The planning work is therefore to be carried out to the usual extent for such a project. For the planning and coordination of this project, the general planner for the SIA Phases 32-53 will be procured by means of this invitation to tender. In addition to the specialist-specific scope of services in his area of responsibility, the general planner will also assume the overall supervision and coordination of all involved specialist areas, including interfaces, as the overall project manager in the sense of SIA 103. The following sub-sectors are to be organised by the general planner himself:

* Engineering and planning in the sub-project primary technology (including high-voltage cables)

* Engineering and planning in the sub-project compensation reactor

* Engineering and planning in the sub-project own demand (including cable runs)

* Engineering and planning in the sub-project building services (HVAC) including cable runs

* Engineering and planning in the sub-project civil engineering

* Design and planning in the sub-project geology

* Design and planning in the sub-project environment

The following sub-sectors will be provided to the general planner:

* Client-side overall coordination of the BIM models

* Client-side engineering and planning in the sub-segment «SAS»
