Germany – Plastering work – Projekt Erweiterung eines Bürogebäudes im Industriepark Frankfurt-Höchst Außen- und Innenputz

The contracting authority (hereinafter: CA) is inviting tenders for external and internal plastering work for the extension and new construction of an office building in the Frankfurt-Höchst industrial park as part of a funded measure. A detailed project description and the corresponding scope of services can be found in the schedule of services with the corresponding appendices (part of the annex package 03). Bidders are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with the local conditions and the work to be carried out during a site visit before submitting their offer, in order to avoid misjudgements in price formation. If the successful bidder later refers to circumstances that would have been apparent during a site visit, they will be precluded from doing so. Registration for a site visit is via the messaging function of the tendering portal. For further details on the site visit, see the explanations in the schedule of services (part of the annex package 03). The performance period for the services advertised here is expected to be between early January 2027 and late April 2027. The expected start of execution is 11.01.2027. Completion is to be ensured by 30.04.2027 (final completion date). After the order has been placed, the contractor must draw up a construction schedule, a site set-up plan and an equipment list and submit them to the construction management at the latest 12 working days before the services are performed. ATTENTION: The deadlines given in the master schedule (part of the annex package 03) must be strictly adhered to. You are kindly invited to submit a tender on the basis of this invitation and the tendering/ contractual conditions attached to this letter. Please use the attached form sheets for this purpose. The following is explained with regard to the basis of the tender: · The exact scope of services is derived from the schedule of services with the corresponding appendices (part of the annex package 03). · The qualities mentioned in the schedule of services are to be understood as minimum requirements for the basis of the planning contents. · Contractual details can be found in the special contractual conditions (BVB – unit price contract - appendix 04). · The contractor will be obliged to take out a construction all risks insurance at his own expense. The insurance certificate must be submitted to the CA by the start of construction (see § 14 para. 1 of the BVB – unit price contract - appendix 04). · The successful bidder will be asked to submit the corresponding cost estimate to the CA before the actual award. · The forms VHB Bund 221 "Price determination for award calculation" and 222 "Price determination for the final sum" may be requested by the tendering entity as part of the tender evaluation. The aforementioned forms do not need to be submitted with the tender.
