Slovakia – Software support services – Zabezpečenie licenčného maintenance, poskytovania služieb podpory, prevádzky SLA, platforiem SAS VIYA a príslušných modulov v prostredí ŠUSR

a) Provision of licensed maintenance of the SAS VIYA platform and its modules with deployment and operation in the IKT environment of the contracting authority

b) Provision of Premier support services for the SAS VIYA platform

c) Provision of maintenance, support and operation services for IS operated on the SAS VIYA platform and its components and modules in accordance with functional and non-functional requirements, including incident resolution (SLA SODB)

d) Provision of migration services

e) Further supplies, activities and works necessary to ensure the functionality and operability of the SAS VIYA platform

f) Provision of licensed maintenance of expanding modules/users of the SAS VIYA platform
