Initiation of the procedure, following an expression of interest by Costiero Gas Livorno S.p.A. (Tax Code - VAT 11039800153) based in Livorno, via Leonardo da Vinci, 23, for the granting of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/1994, as amended, for the use of maritime public domain areas, totalling approximately 1,733 square meters, located in the port of Livorno, and specifically at the Industrial Canal – previously the subject of Maritime Public Domain Licence No. 53/2019 – with the aim of using and maintaining an uncovered quay area (berth no. 30) on which various underground and above-ground facilities are located, serving the adjacent coastal depot, situated on private property.
