The subject of the procurement is the supply of electrical energy to the customer's premises of the contracting authority, including the provision of electricity distribution and related distribution services, including the transfer of responsibility from the customer to the supplier in full for deviations and the provision of other services necessary for the proper fulfilment of the contract. The subject of the contract also includes the performance of all acts necessary to change the electricity supplier, if necessary, without interrupting the supply of electrical energy to the customer's premises of the contracting authority.
