The procurement "Equipment for high temperature thermal measurements" will be used for the activities of the project. The number of days until the interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation before the deadline for submission of tenders: 15 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information addressed by economic operators, by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The tender evaluation period is 60 working days from the date of their opening (according to Article 214, paragraph 3 of Law No. 98/2016). This period may be extended, in duly justified cases, by notifying the economic operators involved in the procedure within a maximum of two days from the approval of the extension decision.
