Local Energy Sharing Gooi and Vechtstreek - Energy Services and Market Purchasing

We are looking for an energy partner who can support and advise us on locally sharing energy with local energy communities, cooperatives, and other business users. The contract explicitly does not concern the supply of electricity through conventional delivery, but rather supporting the procurement of local energy, administration and invoicing, and other supporting activities, and enabling direct market purchasing by the municipalities via the short-term market (EPEX). The contractor performs the services necessary to ensure that this market purchasing runs smoothly in technical, administrative, financial, and legal terms.

Estimated cost: Service provision: 150,000 euro per year. Of this, 120,000 euro is estimated for the municipality of Gooise Meren (with a possible growth of a maximum of 5% per year), and 30,000 euro is estimated for the municipality of Hilversum (with a possible growth of a maximum of 25% per year).

Electricity: Municipality of Gooise Meren: 4,572 MWh per year. With a possible growth of a maximum of 5% per year. Municipality of Hilversum: 1,073 MWh per year. With a possible growth of a maximum of 25% per year. The value of the electricity volume in euros is dependent on the EPEX market prices and can therefore fluctuate during the contract period.
