The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of machinery: • Lot 1 Pavement Finisher with a basic working width of up to 2m and an extendable working width of up to 3.4m Pavement Finisher with a basic working width of up to 2m and an extendable working width of up to 3.4m – 1 new, specialised road construction equipment intended for laying asphalt mixtures to the required width, thickness, and smoothness, intended for repairs to local roads, pavements, and hardened surfaces, with delivery to the premises of the contracting authority, with the relevant documents and certificates required for its proper use. • Lot 2 Four-Wheel Road Milling Machine Four-Wheel Road Milling Machine – 1 new, unused road milling machine with a cutting width of 600 mm and a folding conveyor belt, the machine is intended for milling asphalt layers and repairing road communications including the relevant documents and certificates required for its proper use and its delivery to the premises of the contracting authority. • Lot 3 Tandem Vibrating Roller New, unused Tandem Vibrating Roller intended for repairs to pavements, cycle paths, parking lots, sports surfaces, and soil compaction with accessories according to the specification with its delivery to the premises of the contracting authority with the relevant documents and certificates required for its proper use. • Lot 4 Trailer for transporting milling machine, roller and finisher Trailer for transporting milling machine, roller and finisher – 1 Trailer with a load capacity of 14 tons, intended for transporting smaller road machinery between construction sites on local and purpose-built roads. With its delivery to the premises of the contracting authority, with the relevant documents and certificates required for its proper use. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, technical specification, technical parameters and requirements for functionality as well as requirements for the delivery of the relevant documents and certificates related to the delivery of the subject of the contract and requirements for related services are set out in the Description of the subject of the contract for LC1, LC2, LC3 and LC4. The contracting authority requests delivery of the goods to the place designated within the city of Poprad, requests the provision of warranty service, training of personnel at least 1 person/employee of the contracting authority. The tenderer in the offer will submit a Technical Sheet of the offered subject of the contract LC 1 / LC 2 / LC 3 / LC 4, by which it will declare compliance with the requirements of the contracting authority for the technical specification and technical parameters of the subject of the contract LC 1 / LC 2 / LC 3 / LC 4.
