The Rhein-Kreis Neuss intends to renovate and modernise the Dreifeldsporthalle "Hammerfeld-Halle" at the Berufskolleg für Technik und Informatik in Anton-Kux-Straße, 41460 Neuss. To undertake the necessary architectural and engineering services, Rhein-Kreis-Neuss is seeking suitable contractors. The required services will be tendered separately in the following lots:

The Hammerfeld-Halle was built in the early 1970s as a three-court hall with ancillary rooms and has a stand for 800 people, making it a public assembly venue. The building is largely in its original condition; in particular, the facade, building envelope and technical equipment are outdated and energy-inefficient. The layout is confusing, there is no clear main entrance and there are no barrier-free sanitary facilities. Overall, there is a high need for renovation and modernisation. Only the sports floor was renewed in 2023.
