Belgium – Drinks dispensers – Verhuur van warmedrankautomaten met levering van dranken

This contract is a supplies contract for the supply, rental, repair and maintenance for a period of four years of hot drink vending machines, as well as the supply of the hot drinks themselves. The machines will be made available in the workplaces of the Contracting Authorities. No cash management is planned, users of these machines will be able to serve themselves free of charge from the vending machines. The cost of rental and consumables will be covered by the Contracting Authorities. A separate section of the contract is allocated to the rental cost of the various machines. Different types of vending machines are requested. The quantities listed are indicated in the inventory. All items are priced items. The contractor must keep the machines in good repair and carry out all necessary interventions within 24 hours. The range of drinks to be supplied is specified in the technical specifications.
