Maintenance services for high-voltage equipment at CNE Cernavodă, to ensure the operation of the plant under conditions of nuclear safety and security, with the provision of materials and spare parts necessary for the performance of these activities, within a 48-month contract period (effective delivery). The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarifications / additional information: the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that the requests for clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the stipulated period. Number of days before the deadline for submission of tenders by which clarifications can be requested: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. THE CONTRACTING ENTITY WILL RESPOND ONLY TO CLARIFICATION REQUESTS SUBMITTED BY ECONOMIC OPERATORS BY THE DEADLINE.
