The subject of the contract is the provision of services for inspections, repairs, maintenance and technical support for the Medtronic medical equipment, da Vinci Xi robot and TruSystem 7000dV operating table, which are part of the equipment of Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny im. Janusza Korczaka w Słupsku Sp. z o.o., listed in Annex 2 to IDW - Product Quantity Form. 2.
